Hard to say: It is probably cyst or lymph node, unlikely to be tumor or malignancy of salivary gland. But you should show it to a doctor just to be sure.

Cyst: You should have it evaluated by a physician, it could be a lymph node or a cyst, no way to tell without an exam. Take care!
