I have a pea-sized lump on my jawline directly south of my right cheekbone. i assume it is a cyst. it is moveable and decently painful. what do i do?

It may be an: inflamed lymph node - they usually reduce back down in size over time. If it is red, hot, tender with streaking, pus or there is fever - might have an infected cyst (would get med eval for that).
