I have raised scar on nose which spreads, visited 4 dermatologists, they said it is not keloid.they had no explanation why it happens.what could it be?

Biopsy.: If you have been to four different dermatologists, go to one more and request a biopsy to prove scar. You can get scars from acne that occurred several years prior. If that is the case, there are laser treatments for scarring. If it is spreading, that begs the question why--scars do not act in this way. Get a biopsy to get a definitive answer as to what is on your nose.
