A member asked:

I got my lungs checked by 3 spirometry breathing tests and a x-ray. all turned out to be just fine. is these enough to say my lungs work fine?

To necessarily: If you have a reason to believe it is the function of your lung such as the transfer of oxygen and co2 that is the problem such as in pulmonary hypertension, or pulmonary fibrosis, you could have gotten some but not full indications from the tests done. Cxr shows typical changes of interstitial lung disease if obvious or pulmonary hypertension and spirometry for obstruction like asthma.

Pretty much.: You've had some extensive testing and everything has come back normal. Rather a lot to have had done at your age. You self-report anxiety and difficulty breathing, but the tests you had should have picked up a physical cause for your symptoms. I almost hesitate to say this, but the only other test would be a diffusion capacity test. Mention it to your doctor if you wish ; follow their advice.
