Need more info: If the adenoma was removed recently and the hole is small, i would say that healing by secondary intention could occur. However, without knowing more about your case, i cannot say more except that you need to ask your surgeon that question.

Maybe: There are several constructive options including local flaps, free flaps ( if it's a big hole) or an obturator (prosthesis that plugs the hole).
