Dx w/ benign pleomorphic adenoma on palate. it is sometimes flat and spreads out and other times shrinks and gets firm. this is located right above a deep cavity. could this actually be from a cavity? pushing on lesion with tongue seperated it.

Palate lesion: A dentist or oral surgeon would have to examine you to determine if there is an abscess from an infected upper tooth and whether there is any relation to the palate lesion. An adenoma probably wouldn't be.
