Eat: But not just anything. Keep a reserve of acceptable food around that ou can snack on if needed. Keep a supply of carrots, sliced peppers, and broccoli in the refrigerator. Eating these foods between meals will not ruin your diet. Also try hot air popped pop corn-- no butter:).
