Risk for sabotage : Anything in moderation should be ok; however, eating poor food puts you at risk for increased cravings and more susceptible to back sliding on a program that seems like it is working for you. Treat yourself with fruits rather than fats. If you plan to eat "non diet" foods, refrain from those high fats and compensate during other meals. Remember, it's not a treat if it harms your body.

Fatty LIver: Fatty liver is a result of Insulin resistance and the sugar that isnt absorbed is being deposited around your liver as fat. Try to stay with in a calorie range recommended by your doctor, try to eat at least three meals a day and not to skip meals. Smaller frequent meals are best.
