Live well!: Eat healthfully. Socialize w/good friends ; family. Get good sleep every nite. Exercise daily. Volunteer ur time. Read good books. Try to find a job u love. Treat urself w/kindness and dignity. Love urself, love others. Meditate. Avoid nightly ; cable news (not a joke!). Don't overspend. Save for retirement. Even w/all that, u may feel sad sometimes. It's ok to feel the feelings; therapy can help.
