Ultrasound: Ultrasound is the most reliable method to determine if you have fibroids or cysts. Most fibroids and cysts are asymptomatic and are NT dangerous. You should discuss this with your doctor, as any symptoms you may be having might be due to other conditions.

Heavy bleeding for 3 weeks now. TVS Ultrasound shows endo lining 29mm, cyst & fibroid. Hysteroscopy was done. Result says "Scant fragments of inactive endometrium with stromal breakdown. Abundant Blood Clot." Does that essentially mean inconclusive?
