Either: Headaches are numerous in types, and can arise from both sinus inflammation and blood pressure issues, either too low or too high. See if the headache is postural. That is, is it worse when lying down, worse when standing, or changing positions? Getting a blood pressure cuff and tracking how the pressure relates to headache frequency may also be insightful.
