Hypertension: Your systolic blood pressure puts you at stage II hypertension. This should be confirmed by your doctor, but you will likely need treatment, being that high. You should stop taking the Ibuprofen as that can contribute to your elevated blood pressure. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may be a safer alternative for you. You will need a thorough evaluation by your doctor to determine causes and treatment options.
