See a professional: You should not mess with this yourself. If this is on you skin see a dermatologist. It could be a something as simple as a sebaceous cyst or as complicated as a tumor. If this is in your mouth, see a dentist. Simply popping an abscess will not make it go away. The source problem needs to be treated.
