High fever: She may be incubating roseola where children run a fever for three days, the fever breaks, and child breaks out in a red, harmless rash.

Maybe: Take her if you are worried. If she is eating and drinking well (especially drinking) then give it another day or so. If she is subdued, acting really off and you are worried then yes. You can also try homeopathic belladonna and that may help with the fever as well.
