Fever: Although don't know what you mean by low grade, fever is commonly a response to an inflammatory process which causes release of cytokines like tnf or il-2, etc. These stimulate the hypothalamus to reset the body's thermostat. Allergy can do this, but many things are possible. Doubt you have a "leaky gut". Good luck.
