It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Wellness: It would be very hard for us to try to guess about the cause - but glad your testing was normal. Spend time w people even if it is from a distance. Having a support system is important. Work to get at least 8 hours sleep/ night & eat healthfully. Try daily aerobic exercise, acupuncture, tai chi, qi gong, yoga or meditation.
