Please check in: with your doctor. It sounds like you may be worried about ebola, the sx may not develop for another week or two if you were in close contact with an infected individual. Postprandial pain in the left abdomen could be due to one of many unrelated conditions but does require eval and you'll need to check your temp for 21 days if you had contact with ebola.
