Vague: Could be several triggers- clenching of teeth (during day, ) grinding of the teeth (nighttime, ) gum disease, what you eat, etc. I would get another opinion.

Sore teeth: Could be from clenching, grinding, sudden forceful closure, gum disease, neurologic trigger, allergic response, or cause could be idiopathic. If this is a one time event, ignore it. If it recurs, check in with your Dentist.
