Infection: It sounds like you have an ear infection. Will need full evaluation and antibiotics from your doc.

Orange liquid: You may have impacted wax. It often has an orange type color. People who use q-tips and other instruments in ears tend to push wax down deep into the canal.. Over time the ear can get blocked with wax. Sometimes, this can be painful, especially if wax is ptouching the eardrum. Recvommend get ENT check.
