Every time i bend over, for the past year, and following a lumbar puncture, i hear a loud thump of fluid in one ear. do i have a csf leak? it's not sinus or allergy related i've ruled that out.

Middle ear: The symptom you describe sounds like an issue with fluid in your middle ear, and is unlikely to be related to your prior lumbar puncture. You may want to get a doctor to examine your ear.

Not allergic: This is an unusual symptoms but i would consider a jaw problem first. Check with your dentist to see if you have a TMJ issue especially if you grind or clench your teeth at night. Hope this is helpful.
