It depends : True damage to the vocal cords from intubations is rare, and permanent damage even rarer. Most sore throat take 1-2 days to get better and sometimes 1-2 weeks in the case of multiple attempts. Therefore it is usually a few days until the voice should get back to normal. If you have more detailed questions try contacting your anesthesiologist who intubated you.
