Needs further eval.: What is nissen? If you have not responded to all those meds, something more complex is going on than just reflux. There are new strength drugs, such as dexilant, (dexlansoprazole) but most important is finding what else going on. Barretts's esophagus? Zollinger-ellison syndrome, super high acidity state, huge hiatal hernia. Maybe it's not even the GI tract is the problem. Maybe heart, gall bladder, pancreas...
