I got acid reflux problem.im taking nexium (esomeprazole).but from last 2 weeks i have back pain left side close to shoulder blade in rib cage area. why is that?

?unrelated: Stomach intestinal issues should not be referred to the back unless something serious is going on such as perforation, pancreatitis, bleeding. If you have pain in your shoulder it could be referred pain or something completely unrelated. For this type of complaint a face to face with your doctor will likely provide better answers to a complex question. Good luck
