Poss fungal infectio: Scaly palms and skin amy be a assoc fungal infection how are fingernails, extending into scalp may be seborrheic or psoriasis, how are elbows and knees, going beneath eyelids and nose may be roseacea ? Worse with spicy food or alcohol ? May need to see dermatologist.
