Forehead muscle weak: Botox paralyzes the muscles so when injected in the forehead the creases flatten but due to gravity everything shifts lower. One risk of Botox is that the drop of the forehead and eyebrow skin causes visual field blockage. If this happened to you then your doctor will have to leave more wrinkles in the forehead and you should consider plastic surgery consult for a brow lift.

Should be resolved: Most food reactions are immediate with GI discomfort, nausea, vomiting, possibly throat swelling and breathing difficulty. Occasional delayed, >24 hr, reactions occur. Should resolve symptoms in 24 hours. One week of symptoms is not likely allergy. Consider other causes or triggers. True rotating vertigo could be a menier's attack. Should see M.D.

probably not: Allergies may give a plugged, crackling, or full sensation. Repetitive tapping is caused by contraction of the tiny stapedial muscle tendon.
Stop all caffeine and other stimulants, if no help go to your ent.
