Yes: You're at risk for vit. Deficiency even if you don't skip meals- over 2/3 of americans are deficient in folate, (folic acid) vit. E, calcium ; magnesium;over 1/3 deficient in vitamins a, c ; b6 as well as zinc ; iron.
