You need to take: your vitamin D in the afternoon before you eat your lunch, or at least 2 hours after you take your Synthroid in the morning to avoid interaction in digestion/ absorption of Synthroid. You just need to avoid taking vitamin D in the late afternoon or night since it does affect the melatonin excertion which is your natural sleep hormone in the body. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
