No cause for anxiety: One or two petechiae does not mean anything serious. I would ask you to watch for any more of them appearing. If there are many more like 10 or more then you may have a cause for some concern in which case you should go see your primary care doctor and request a CBC and platelet count done. But it very unlikely that you will have to go that far. Good luck.
