Are petechiae in clusters? i have a few tiny flat red dots, unconnected, on my arms or legs, and a single tiny one on my foot. i see dermatologist regularly, and he says i have cherry angiomas, but those tiny isolated dots are flat. still cherry?

Cherry angiomas can look like petechiae ,they are localized and the dermatologist says are cherry angiomas I’m confident the dermatologist is correct
