Wait: You can closely monitor this for a few days if indeed this is the only area involved. Possibly a bug bite which can cause a localized petechial rash at times. Also assuming no other unusual bruising or bleeding is present such as bloody noses and no fever or feeling of illness. If all is well other than the spot, monitor and see what happens.
