Petechiae on abdomen/arms/upper legs. no other sxs. breast feeding 4mo old.it is small tiny red spots some are raised not painful.no fevers md visit?

Good idea: Although sometimes they can be from supplements, medications, and scratching, it is better to be sure and see your doctor. There are scary infectious diseases that cause petechiae, vasculitis, and the need is more urgent with a fever.

I agree, it;s best to get it checked out. But petechiae can also occur secondary to high estrogen levels and may be related to your recent pregnancy.
