vasculitis flare causing petechiae (legs & roof of mouth). have new very thick purple veins under tongue/floor of mouth. that also part of flare? thnx

No it is unlikely: Small vessel vasculitis often cause painful petechia or ecchymosis for skin most common in legs. For mouth is usually ulcer rather than enlarge vein.
