Ok to rec: It is probably ok. Some monitors have a button to record events during a short period of time if you feel something abnormal.

My heart rate went up to 154 today just brisk walking, it came down gradually but my resting heart rate always seems to be between 80 and 90 is this high? I have done all tests including the holter minitor it shows that my heart is fine?
