Can dramatic weight loss lower resting hr? I went from 184 to 144lbs this year and my rhr is 46. 24hr holter was fine. Should i have more tests?
My heart rate went up to 154 today just brisk walking, it came down gradually but my resting heart rate always seems to be between 80 and 90 is this high? I have done all tests including the holter minitor it shows that my heart is fine?
