Not necessarily: If your heart rate is in the 40s and you have no symptoms like fainting or light headedness, it sounds like you have a young healthy heart. Congratulations. And congratulations on your weight loss. The doctor that ordered your holter should be able to tell you if more testing is needed. I'm thinking, probably not.
