Vas deferens is duct: Sperm is produced in the testis, they pass into the vas (1) via the epididymis ; thence to the ejaculatory duct. Most of your semen is produced in the prostate gland (3) ; seminal vesicles (2). Some men are able to ejaculate a second time 15 - 30 minutes after the first. Men tend to produce less semen as they age ; thus take longer before they can ejaculate again. Hope this answers your question.
