Not Really: In my 40+ yrs as a urologist ,I have not come across a "swollen" vas.There are vascular structures with the vas attached to the testis.Some of these structures get bulky and give impression of swelling.No,it won't affect erection or semen volume! If in doubt see a local health dept in your town
