Of course not: At 30 years old your body is like a high performance engine. As it engages in sexual activity the nervous system shunts blood from areas like the digestive tract (and some would argue even the brain) to the reproductive apparatus and kicks the heart into overdrive. That a lot of blood pumping thru your genitalia at high pressure with every pulse. You're gonna feel it but if no pain then no worries
