Unlikely from nerve: No reason why your urethral meatus should be sore after ejaculation as result of trapped nerve. You had a cystoscopy which would have ruled out meatal stenosis or urethral srticture. Symptoms could be from prostatitis which might be abacterial if symptoms failed to improve on Cipro (ciprofloxacin). Have you seen a urologist? or considered second urologic opinion if you have already seen one?
