Hematuria after longgggg lasting sex. new to lexipro which causes delayed ejaculation. blood clots in urine too. no sex no blood. gp did urinalysis all clear, ct pelvis and abd back in nov 4 abd pain, all clear. busted blood vessel or prostate?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You have obviously seen a doctor. Your doctor is in much better position to advise you than it feasible in this forum. It would be prudent to see a urologist. Wish you good health!
