A member asked:

My temp is very high, it's 104.7 f / severe stomach ache and vomiting a lot, could this be because i'm on my period?!

No: A fever of 104.7 deserves you to be seen and likely admitted to the hospital. Go to the er and be examined and they will find out what you have, what we say here, in my opinion is not important at this time. What they say and do there in the er is what is necessary.

Fever 104: This is not caused by your period. You have some type of acute febrile illness, and should call your doctor to be seen as soon as possible to diagnose this disease.
