Congratulations: You are pregnant. The HCG rise that is the basis of the test also may cause nausia and abdomenal pain. There are other much more rare causes of a positive HCG test see a doctor and have a confirmatory test and exam now!

Emergency room: If you are pregnant and having severe abdominal pain, you may have an ectopic pregnancy. Get to an emergency room or obstetrician.
