This may self correct but we call it secondary ammennorea when no period for 3 months, the soreness may be an ovarian cyst, bladder infection, pulled muscle; it's hard to say but not having the period likely not related to the discharge. Get seen if it worsens, nausea or vomiting or of course fever.
