Can't Eat: You need to get to your dr asap, to rule out everything from viral stomach thing to bacterial infection, to possibly pregnant but you definitely sound dehydrated. Please drink plenty of liquids and see your dr asap. You didn't mention whether there was fever or not. Don't delay.
