See a DR: Severe Stomach Pain may have a wide variety of causes: Infection, Ulcer, organ rupture, intestinal torsion, kidney or gallbladder stones, diverticulitis and many others. You should see a Dr who can examine you and take a thorough history. Treatment will be based on the findings.
