A 15 month old girl has a runny/stuffy nose. she wakes upcrying because she can't breathe. what can i give her to make her sleep better, any medicines/home remedies? could it be because of her teething?

This is a bit out of my field, but at the very least you should check her temperature and have her seen by her pediatrician. Have you introduced anything new into her diet, allergies are not uncommon. I am concerned that she is not sleeping. She is overdue for for a visit with a pediatric dentist.
