Not getting exercise is it bad for your body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Absolutely: Sedentary lifestyle will increase your risk for weight gain, bone and muscle loss, and cardiac/pulmonary deficits. You don't have to be a gym rat, but you do need 20-30 minutes of aerobic activity 3-4 times a week. Plus, you'll feel better about your self, you'll have a higher metabolism, which will allow you to have more leeway in your dietary intake. Good luck.
