The amount and: Type of exercise you do depends on your overall health. Your doc can advise you. In general, walking briskly is a good cardiovascular exercise. Adding another hour of exercise may be pushing it, perhaps only on week ends or every other other day. Be careful not to become compulsive about exercise; that can be a male form of anorexia.
