I feel like i have reduced oxygen throughout my body. i get really bad muscle aches, cramps, and shortness of breath. it feels oxygen doesnt get to my muscles fast enough during exercise. i have high rbc and hemoglobin. can this be copd?

Severe COPD can cause secondary erythrocytosis due to chronic hypoxemia. I do not have your medical history and lab results for an appropriate advice but primary erythrocytosis (high Hb/Hct) rarely causes your described symptoms. It is not difficult to diagnose COPD so you should see a general internist or a pulmonologist. You are still young so a thorough evaluation is necessary. Take care.
