Pain lungs: You have a problem that is probably from your lungs or lining of the lung (pleurisy) and needs to be diagnosed by your doctor. Smoking (cigarettes or pot) always causes damage, more and more as use continues.

No idea: Nobody could tell you anything just from your symptoms. It is unlikely at your age that significant damage has been done, but that depends on your general health, your lungs and how long and hard you have smoked. If you are worried, see your physician for an examination of your heart and lungs, and they may want to do other tests, like a chest xray or ecg.
