Pleuritic pain: Possibly ;why did you develop this? These symptoms could mean a recurrence or residual from the original event or scarring from treatment depending on what was done at the time ;get an exam ASAP

Hi. I am concerned about the pain and having difficulty breathing. The pain I experience is on my arm on the left shoulder it's been there for the past two day. I'm also experience sharp pains in my chest area but that comes and goes.
Light ache started over right shoulder blade area about 1.5 days ago. it continues to get worse and breathing is becoming more painful. Taking a deep breath is getting hard and hurts. Mild dry cough, mild chest tightness. O2 good. When is it scary?
